How to build post for mailbox
Today we will show you how to build mail box for your new (or maybe not so) home. Classical post with mail box. Recently we moved to new place. This nice place has mailing address and many other advantages but don't have mail box! How else we will get our mail and packages from Amazon.com? After some research and little thinking we decided to build it mail post by ourself! This is what we need: Mail box (from ACE or Homedepot or Amazon ). We bought small and cheap 8 feet long 4" x 4" treated post. 1.5 foot 4" x 2" plank. We had scrape wood. 1 inch thick board to fit under mail box 2.5" long wood screws - 2 ct. 1.5" long wood screws - 4 ct. wood screw to attache box board under mailbox.
